This 5-lot residential subdivision included all boundary and topographic survey plus civil engineering for the extension of El Jardin Court, a public road, and all utilities, to a cul-de-sac. Grading plans included rough and fine grading for all 5 residential lots. Tricky drainage and sewer design challenges were dealt with.The final map was prepared and recorded. Construction staking completed this successful project.
