This challenging parcel was able to support 3 building sites so we found a way to place the lot lines in such a way as to gain County approval and then we proceeded to process the necessary tentative parcel map, grading plans, improvement plans and final map. The project was complicated with several existing easements and tricky topography. We are currently working with the new individual lot owners on developing the individual parcels.
