Industrial subdivision in El Cajon

This 8-lot industrial subdivision included all boundary and topographic survey plus civil engineering for the extension of Bond Avenue, a public road, and all utilities, to a cul-de-sac. Grading plans included rough grading for all 8 industrial lots. Edge conditions to match with existing developments were dealt with. Proper biological setbacks were observed for natural drainage/habitat on the southeast. The final map was prepared and recorded.
