Larry Walsh has over 30 years of Land Development related experience. His career began with Subdivision Design at Rick Engineering Company. Projects included developments in Otay Mesa and Scripps Ranch. At RBF he became a project manager where he was able to put his design experience and organizational skills to use on several high profile projects. In 1998, Larry joined Continental Homes/DR Horton, as the Construction Contracts Manager for the Rancho Carrillo project, an 1800 unit master planned community in Carlsbad. Spending one year directly in the construction industry for one of San Diego’s top builders completed a well-rounded portfolio of experience. This together with subdividing and developing his own properties gave Larry the experience and knowledge necessary to establish Walsh Engineering & Surveying, Inc. in 1999. His continued direct involvement in each project has ensured their efficient and timely completion. Larry is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of clients.

At SDSU William was a representative of the Associated Engineering Student Council for the Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society. Bill is a confident, highly motivated and promising individual, who is very flexible with regards to work, always willing to lend a hand where needed. He is an independent worker who needs little supervision, works efficiently and volunteers to take on extra assignments when necessary. Bill routinely carries a heavy work load and is always careful to meet his commitments.

Brendan started out as an intern at Walsh Engineering & Surveying, Inc. while continuing his education. He later joined Walsh Engineering & Surveying, Inc. as a Civil Engineer after graduation. Brendaninvolves others in decision making. He solicits input, listens to the issues and discusses potential solutions with group members. 

 

 

Miguel Cruz, Civil Engineering Designer

Miguel is certified as a Construction Manager in Training (CMIT). He is a highly motivated individual with a genuine eagerness to learn and achieve excellence. Miguel readily accepts accountability for his own actions and does what is necessary to get his job done. As a result, he is a very effective employee who is viewed by his colleagues as a dependable team member.
